There could be two reasons to the error message if you are using the latest iOS app (make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Jellynote app in the AppStore).
- We are currently experiencing some stability issues which could result in problems logging in, long loading times and error messages. Please report this issue to us and we will strive to solve the problem as soon as possible!
- You have tried to sign up / login with a wrong password (too short, or the wrong one if you have already signed up). Click the “Forgot password” link or create a new password that’s at least 5 characters long.
